Do all orders come with free gift boxes?

All bespoke gift boxes contain items that will be perfectly wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker then packaged in a signature gift box. If you would like to curate your own gift box, the box will need to be added to your bundle and will cost an additional $5.00. If you do not want or need the fancy packaging, head to our shop separates section.

Do you send gifts direct?

We sure do! We're all about making baby gifting easier. When selecting a bespoke baby bundle you'll have the option to select and add a card with your custom message. From there, we take care of the rest. Want to curate your own gift box instead? The process is a little different. Simply select the products of choice, add a box (free for orders over $80), then select your preferred card. Next view your bundle and add in your message before you add it to cart.

Do you ship wordwide?

Being a small family run business we have chosen to currently ship AUS wide only. If you are international and would like to make an order with us, please contact us directly at enquiries@bigloveco.com.au

I was sent the wrong item or package, what do I do?

We have strong attention to detail when packing each order, however if you have received an incorrect item, please send through your full name, order number, product name and details to enquiries@bigloveco.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. Please use the subject heading INCORRECT ORDER with your order number placed next to it. Due to the error at our end we will send you a return postage paid label for you to return the originally recieved item/s. Once received, we will send a replacement if available and in stock. If we cannot fullfill the right item due to it being sold out or no longer part of our range we will issue you a refund.
