We ensure that all items that are sent out are quality controlled. If for some reason you believe you received a faulty item, please send through your full name, order number, product name, details of the fault and photos to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject heading RETURN with your order number placed next to it.
If any of our products are believed to be faulty or damaged, we will happily replace them if in stock. Due to the error at our end we will send you a return postage paid label.
Once we've received the item, we will send a replacement if available and in stock. If we cannot full-fill the right item due to it being sold out or no longer part of our range we will issue you a refund.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery times vary due COVID delays interstate. Alternatively, if you select express delivery you should expect to receive your parcel within 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order on top of shipping times. We are only a small family run business starting out so bare with us.
You will be sent your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
